Topeka’s entrepreneurial landscape is set to flourish with the introduction of Link Innovation Labs, an 18,000-square-foot incubator designed to support startups from initial ideas to market-ready solutions. Located at 220 SE 6th St., the facility is scheduled to open in January 2026 and will feature wet and dry labs, co-working spaces, conference rooms, offices, and a coffee shop.
Neal Spencer, chair of the board for Go Topeka, emphasized the project’s significance: “It’ll be a hub for ideas, connection, and opportunity—a place where startups launch, collaborators spark, and careers are built.” The initiative aims to provide a foundation for growth and innovation, positioning Topeka as a competitive player in the global market.
The development of Link Innovation Labs reflects a broader commitment to fostering a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem in Topeka. By offering state-of-the-art resources and a collaborative environment, the incubator is poised to attract and nurture talent, ultimately contributing to the city’s economic vitality.
